Experience & Background
I’ve been playing drums since the age of 13 and have spent many years performing and working closely with drummers in live bands such as touring environments. I’ve played drums in a number of bands, gained real-world experience in rehearsal rooms, live shows and recording studios. Being surrounded by touring musicians and hours of studio time has given me a strong understanding of timing, rhythm and groove, and what it takes to play confidently in a band. I bring this practical, real-world experience into my lessons, helping students develop solid rhythm skills, confidence and genuine enjoyment for drumming.
